Who we are
Masterise Aviation Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (Masterise Aviation Infrastructure) was established in August 2025 with a nation-building aspiration: pioneering the development of Vietnam’s next-generation 2.0 aviation economic hub. We are committed to creating a new engine of growth for the country and helping elevate Vietnam’s position on the global map.

Vu Hoang Long
Chief Executive Officer, MAI
With extensive experience in infrastructure investment, corporate governance, and aviation, Mr. Vu Hoang Long has held senior leadership positions and served on the boards of leading aviation companies that play a strategic role in Vietnam's aviation sector. He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Central Lancashire (UK) and an MBA from North Central University (USA).
Denis Bugrov
DCEO, MAI - Head of Transformation & Chief of IT, Data & AI
With more than 30 years of experience in strategy consulting and enterprise transformation, Mr. Denis Bugrov brings global expertise in modern corporate management, digital transformation, organizational excellence. He graduated from the LSE and MGIMO, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. Prior to joining MAI, he was a Senior Partner at McKinsey and Member of the Executive Board of Sberbank.
Yusuf Akçayoğlu
DCEO, MAI – Head of Airport Development
Mr. Yusuf Akçayoğlu brings more than three decades of experience in aviation infrastructure development, having led the delivery of major international airport projects across the Middle East and Europe. Prior to joining MAI, he served as CEO of the Istanbul Airport (İGA) project and held senior leadership roles at TAV Airports, overseeing the development of the Doha and Abu Dhabi airport projects.
Nguyen Thi Thu Tra
DCEO, MAI - Project Development
With extensive experience in project development, investment, construction, commercial operations, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Tra has held a number of senior leadership positions across the Masterise Group ecosystem. She is recognized for expertise in process standardization, operational optimization, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting the highest standards of quality, schedule, and investment performance.
Pham Quang Thang
DCEO, MAI - Inspection & Corporate Assurance
Mr. Pham Quang Thang is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in banking and corporate management, specializing in financial governance, risk management and business operations. Before joining MAI, he served as Deputy CEO of Techcombank, where he held a range of senior leadership positions spanning finance, treasury, corporate banking, and compliance.
